Why You Should Look Forward To The Menopause

It's a weight off your shoulders to know that's it, and you don't have to worry about the menopause or periods for the rest of your life.

After menopause you still have over a third of your life left to live.

1. No more periods!

That means no more cramps, no more spending money on pads and tampons, no more monthly moodiness and PMS.

It’s finally time to say goodbye to your period, and break out your favourite white pants.

2. No more pregnancy worries

Being postmenopausal means being able to have sex without worrying about getting pregnant.

This also means there’s no need for birth control anymore, which for some can be a major relief!

3. Bonding with other menopausal women

Whether your perimenopause symptoms are fairly mild, or a mighty force to be reckoned with, going through the menopause is a fantastic way to bond with other women.

That could mean getting together to swap tips and stories, or just to have a good old moan.

4. Balance

Your period can cause exhaustion and even anemia from loss of blood, and send your emotions spiraling.

No periods mean a more balances energy level, more balance in your emotions, and less weight fluctuations too.

5. Freedom

Lots of women feel a sense of freedom and liberation after the peri-menopause. It’s a weight off your shoulders to know that’s it, and you don’t have to worry about the menopause or periods for the rest of your life.

It’s time to relax and enjoy yourself!
