By booking an appointment with us, you are subject to these full terms and conditions.
If your experience was purchased from a third party company, additional terms and conditions may apply.
Please read through our terms and conditions carefully as unfortunately we cannot offer any exceptions.
Rescheduling Your Appointments
To make your experience as special as possible for you, we book time especially for you with our busy professional creative team well in advance of your experience date, should you need to make changes to your appointments we kindly ask for at least 14 days notice. Any changes within 14 days or appointments not attended will require a new deposit to be placed on your appointment.
Refundable Deposits
Deposits can be paid by credit/debit card over the phone or online via our website shop. They are held on your file until your viewing session, where they can be refunded via your original payment method or used toward any additional products purchased.
As a business, we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to your shoot date to cancel or amend any appointments. If less than 14 days’ notice is given, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If an appointment is amended within this period, we will not require a new deposit, but the original deposit will remain non-refundable.
Vouchers can be transferred to another person, provided prior notice is given and confirmation is received by the studio.
Deposits are held for a maximum of three months. If the experience is not completed within this time, the deposit will no longer be refundable.
Age Restrictions
All our lingerie based experiences are only available to over 18s due to the nature of the photographs we will be producing.
Booking Your Voucher
Vouchers can be redeemed in advance via telephone on 0161 286 3311.
Voucher Duration
All vouchers must be booked with the studio within 3 months of purchase. Should you require the life of a voucher to be extended, contact the studio as soon as possible on 0161 286 3311.
Voucher Refunds
Please check you are happy with your purchase before checking out, as all gift vouchers are non-refundable after purchase. However, they can be given as gifts. Please notify the studio if you would like to transfer your voucher.
Purchasing Restrictions
One voucher per household within a 12 month period. Multiples may be purchased as gifts.
Purchase Orders
All orders are created specifically to each client’s personal requests. Please ensure you are entirely happy with your order before you leave the studio as due to the bespoke nature of our work once an order has been confirmed, signed and accepted there is no right to reduce, alter or cancel it in any way. No orders can be cancelled once the goods have been taken from the studio premises. This is due to the products being on digital media and bespoke which can be copied to other devices and social media.
Delivery
We kindly ask that all products are collected from the studio within 30 days of completion correspondence. Unfortunately due to storage restrictions, any orders not collected within 30 days will be subject to an offsite storage fee.

Competition Terms & Conditions
Competition & prize draw entrants must be over 18 years of age. Employees of Andrew Wood Photography their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion are not eligible to win.
All experiences require a refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to guarantee your appointment date and time. This is taken as a commitment from you that you intend to keep your appointments, as we book the time with your professional makeup artist, photographer and the rest of the team exclusively for you. This deposit is £35 for off peak, weekday appointments and £50 for peak, weekend appointments
This can be paid over the phone by credit/debit card or online via the website. This is held on your file until your viewing session where it can be refunded to the same credit/debit card used for payment. Your deposit can also be used towards any additional products purchased.
Should you wish to rearrange or cancel any of your appointments, please ensure you give at least 14 days notice. This gives us time to book another client in your place. Failure to give 14 days notice will result in your deposit becoming non-refundable.
Andrew Wood Photography reserves the right to withdraw any offer or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms & Conditions, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
