Andrew Wood Photography is UK’s leading and award-winning boudoir photography studio in Manchester that’s been transforming and uplifting women’s spirits since 2011.

With a legacy of over a decade, we’ve had the honour of empowering more than 22,000 incredible women, helping them recognize their innate beauty and strength.

Firstly, what an incredibly beautiful studio! It's so girly and glam, I got a lovely pink gin and lemonade on arrival. Had Juliana doing my hair and makeup which I loved, had the hilarious Danielle for my photographer who absolutely hyped me up the whole way, absolute gem. I had an amazing experience, from the consultation to the day of the shoot I was greeted on arrival with a nice cocktail and my photographer was fantastic aswell she made me feel comfortable and good about myself. I would highly recommend this experience !! 😊 👍

The most amazing experience Iv ever had! I was so nervous but everyone was so lovely! My photographer Catherine really calmed my nerves and made me super comfortable throughout! I cannot thank her enough! My makeup artist and hair stylist ihycie (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was absolutely amazing and so chatty which helped with my nerves The receptionists were so lovely also! Everyone constantly offered drinks which was super welcoming! I can not wait to view the photos next week!!! Everyone was super friendly and encouraging. The studio is beautiful. I felt included when deciding what poses I did and got to contribute my own ideas. I was also pleased with the range of products available and didn't feel pressured into buying things I didn't want. My final photos and products look amazing. They're proudly on display in my home.

Absolutely obsessed 😍😍 from the consultation to getting my makeup and hair done to the photoshoot itself, it was EVERYTHING 💃🏽 From arriving nervous to be greeted with a glass of Prosecco 🥂 and the warmest of welcomes. We know booking your boudoir experience is a big step, and we want you to feel completely at ease.

That’s why we’ve put together answers to all the most common questions women ask before their shoot.

When do I get my deposit back?

All deposits are held on your account until the end of your viewing session, at which point it can be either refunded back on to the card it was paid on or used towards an order/finance deposit. (As long as you provide us with enough notice, should you need to reschedule any appointments).

How do I reschedule my appointment?

To make your experience as special as possible, we book time exclusively for you with our busy, professional team well in advance of your experience date. Should you need to make changes to your appointments we kindly ask for at least 14 days notice. Any changes within 14 days or appointments not attended may require a new deposit to be placed on your appointment. Should you place a second deposit, your first deposit will then be available as credit to use towards your order.

I've never done anything like this before does that matter?

Don’t worry most ladies who come through our doors have never had a photoshoot before! We don’t expect you to be ready for America’s Next Top Model. Our photographers are posing experts and will talk you through, step-by-step every pose and style you into the most flattering positions to show off your favourite features in their best light! We just ask you to be ready to giggle!

Is it an "all-female team"? Who is Andrew Wood?

Andrew is the business founder, but your photoshoot is strictly with an all-female team. We take pride on keeping you comfortable and confident during your time here.

Will the photographer help me with posing?

Our professional photographers will show you exactly how to pose, strut your stuff and look incredible in the pictures.

I'm very nervous, is there anything to help me relax?

That’s 100% normal to feel nerves. We have speakers in every studio so you can pick your own music and get into the zone!
